DINING AT TWIN LINDEN

Intimate candlelight dining is available at the inn by reservation on Saturday evenings. Overnight guests are given first priority for dinner. Dinner seating overlooks our beautiful gardens. Guests are invited to bring along a favorite bottle of wine or champagne to accompany their meal. Seating times begin at 7:00 p.m.  The menu changes weekly and features a four course fixed menu dinner with one alternate choice of entree. The cost is $98 per couple plus tax and gratuity.

 

Here is a sample of a recent dinner menu:
APPETIZER

Grilled Lamb with Ginger Soy Glaze, Black Trumpet Mushrooms & Watercress

*tender medallions of lamb sliced from the rack and grilled medium rare with a ginger soy sauce, finished with wild mushrooms and scallion cilantro vinaigrette, garnished with watercress


SALAD

Belgian Endive, Asparagus and Mesclun with Walnuts and Gorgonzola

*fresh local asparagus, crisp endive and tender baby lettuces tossed with a warm gorgonzola vinaigrette, finished with toasted walnuts


ENTREE

Maine Lobster with Corn Crepes, Chives and Saffron Cream

*fresh 1 1/4 lb. Maine lobster (removed from the shell) sautéed with white wine and lemon,
layered with tender corn pancakes and finished with fresh chives & a golden sauce

Belgian Chocolate Trio

*a slice of our decadent devil’s food cake filled with bittersweet chocolate ganache,
served with white chocolate mousse and dark chocolate sorbet, drizzled with Callebaut chocolate sauce
